Covermaster's gym floor cover handling system the MASTER SERIES PREMIUM COVERMATE™ is a unique Mobile Storage Rack System for handling and storing Gym Floor Covers. With budget conscious facility managers in mind, Covermaster has taken many of the best features of our industry leading Ultima Series CoverMateTM II and incorporated them into this new Mobile Storage Rack. Designed to be sturdier with a higher load capacity than other premier racks, the MASTER SERIES PREMIUM COVERMATE™ is more economical and saves your budget money for other areas.
Just as important, MASTER SERIES PREMIUM COVERMATE™ also reduces the risk of back injury because it eliminates manual lifting.
To install the cover, simply roll the MASTER SERIES PREMIUM COVERMATE™ to one end of the gym and lock it in place. Now pull a section off its roller by walking it over to the other end of the gym. Repeat the steps for each section and the entire cover can be on the floor in a matter of minutes.
...AND REMOVE A GYM FLOOR COVER!
To remove the cover simply do the process in reverse. Attach each cover section to its own roller with the patented, slip-on QUICKCLIPS™ and wind it up with the cranks that are supplied with each MASTER SERIES PREMIUM COVERMATE™. So simple and fast, it's ingenious. And without any manual lifting!
For even greater ease, and especially for frequent users of the cover, we recommend the use of our optional patented Master Series COVERCLEAN™ a single brush assembly, and the POWERMATE™ Power Winder.
DANCE FLOOR CARTS
Covermaster® manufactures custom dance floor cart for handling, storing and laying out vinyl and Marley dance floors. This custom storage cart is a modified version of our Master Series Premium CoverMate rack. The portable dance floor carts are custom designed to accommodate the width of roll out dance floor. We can custom make the racks to hold 4 – 10 rolls of Marely flooring. Optional Power winder and Storage Covers available.
