Shipment receiving information
Please follow STEPS accordingly
- 1Read label on the box
- 2Inspect all packages for damage
- 3Count the number of pieces you received and verify with the number on the shipping label/Bill of Lading.
- 4Note any damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- 5Visible Package Damage - Note on delivery receipt before signing and contact COVERMASTER immediately. Take pictures & email to info@covermaster.com
- 6Concealed Damage - On Delivery, immediately open all packages and inspect all items for damage, if damaged, do not dispose of packaging. Contact COVERMASTER within 24 HOURS.
