Ontario, Canada - It’s a “new year, new look” for the University of Toronto’s Varsity Arena. As part of a branding opportunity for the Varsity Blues hockey team, a striking new arena seat cover is taking a high-profile position just behind the team benches.

The vibrant blue and white bleacher seat cover bears the iconic red maple leaf featured in the team’s logo. Fabricated from a lightweight polystretch material, the 58x18-foot auditorium section seat cover plays an important role in the school’s Covid-19 protocols by enforcing a safe distance between spectators and players.

The COVERMASTER® Seat Cover arrived last November in time for the start of the Ontario University Athletics conference’s 2021-22 season. Often used at sports stadiums to cover unsold seats and cut down on labor costs, seat covers also encourage spectators to stay in their assigned seats, help the venue appear full, and generate ad revenue with promotional graphics.

The new custom branded seat cover replaces an older version, giving the arena an updated look. Easy to install and remove, customers are finding that covered arena seating with custom graphics offers an added bonus of boosting team and spectator spirit.
