Tupelo, Mississippi is known as the birthplace of Elvis Presley. It’s also known for the 10,000-seat Cadence Bank Arena, the largest, multi-purpose arena in Mississippi. From public skating to monster truck shows, basketball tournaments, rodeos, and major music artist tours, the arena prides itself on being able to switch from an ice surface event to a dry floor event. When it was time to replace their arena floor covering, they contacted COVERMASTER®.

They chose ICEMATE™ for its quick and easy ability to be installed in about an hour using only 8 to 10-person crew to do so. This popular ice arena floor covering provides a durable insulation barrier from the ice surface below. Cadence Bank Arena ordered 415 ICEMATE™ 5’ by 8’ panels along with 10 COVERMATE™ ICE CART storage carts, so they can move them back and forth from storage as needed. To ensure that the crew at Cadence Bank Arena knew how to properly install their new ICEMATE™ arena floor covering, both a COVERMASTER® head installer was flown in to Tupelo to oversee the first installation. It all went as smooth as ice and Cadence Bank Arena is ready to switch their venue back and forth with ease.
