WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR SHIPMENT OF DURA-PAD ON DECK CIRCLES:- Examine packaging for damage. If there is any damage, make note on the shipping company documentation. Report it to us immediately: 800-387-5808
- OPEN IMMEDIATELY. Do not allow pads to remain rolled for extended length of time.
- Remove wrapping and ties. BE CAREFUL NOT TO SLICE INTO RUBBER BACKING.
- Allow pads to unroll from shipping tube and sit in a warm area for a day or two or until flat. DO NOT FORCE FLAT.
- To ensure the maximum life, follow these simple procedures.
- DURA-PAD On Deck Circles are designed to be used as On Deck Circles and are very durable. However, the uniqueness of this product is the artwork. Treat them as you would any other graphic product.
- When moving and storing pads always carry the pads flat or rolled. DO NOT drag by one edge.
- When rolling pads for moving, always roll with the surface inward. DO NOT ROLL PADS WITH GRAPHICS OUTWARD.
- Avoid storing pads in high traffic areas where they may be damaged by tools and equipment.
- STORE PADS FLAT AND FACE TO FACE.
- Clean surface regularly with mild soap & water (artwork side) before storing by gently wiping or washing off loose dirt. This prevents the dirt from working as sandpaper when moving. When washing, use a hose. NEVER USE A POWER WASHER.
- DO NOT allow players to grind spikes into surface. While scuff resistant, they can be damaged with effort. Pads become harder and more scuff resistant the longer they age. DO NOT use harsh brushes or solvents such as paint thinners. For best cleaning results use Vinyl Pool Liner Cleaner. Available at any Pool supply store.
- Always install pads on a firm surface. DO NOT install on a soft, mushy base as this will not provide sufficient resistance to pressure from cleats and can cause premature wear. If installing pads permanently on field, they should be covered when not in use.
