BUNT ZONE™ INFIELD PROTECTOR- TRAINER
Color-coded Bunting/Hitting Targets Built-into a Quality Infield Turf Protector. The Bunt Zone™ Infield turf Protector - Trainer saves turf and teaches by visualization the correct placement of bunts for hit (yellow) or sacrifice (green). Avoid red area for bunting, hit-and-run, and pull-hitting, but go to it for up-the-middle hitting. Major League Style adds yellow zone up first base side. Highly spike-tolerant industrial vinyl-polyester mesh with UV and mildew inhibitors. Fusion welded seams and full perimeter, double stitched, webbing reinforced hem with 10 grommets installed. Low-profile ground stakes included.
YELLOWS - “bunt-for-a-hit target zones.
GREENS - the “sacrifice bunt” target areas.
RED - “bad bunt” zone, but also the area to avoid in hit-and-run or pull-hitting situations.
I just wanted to write a short note to give you my full and heartfelt endorsement for your Bunt Zone™ Infield Protector-Trainer. There are many aspects of it that have benefited my baseball program. As Head Coach of a very competitive baseball program, practice time is always of essence. The Bunt Zone protector-trainer allows us to work on bunting, pull hitting and middle away hitting – All while protecting our infield grass.
The multi-colored “zones” provide instant feedback to both our players and coaches. I have been teaching the “pitchers triangle” for years, but when the Bunt Zone Protector was put down on the infield, the boys instantly knew what I was teaching.
It is easy to put on the field, and is also just as easily folded up and put away. I have found that the material used to make the Bunt Zone has proved to be very rugged and resistant to tears or holes…(even when stepped on by a clueless, spike-wearing freshman).
I purchase nearly 15K dollars worth of equipment every year for my team and consider the money invested on the Bunt Zone Protector-Trainer as some of the best money I have spent.
